Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to our own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. This new site is encrytped; however if you feel uneasy about e-mailing your credit card information, then feel free to call. We can take your credit card information over the phone for your first order and then future orders may be placed by fax without the need to include your credit card information.

We have a new system for Credit Card sales, which requires the 3 digit ( V ) code located where you sign your name, in addition to the billing address.

Shipping And Handling We charge a $1.00 handling fee on all orders. Otherwise we charge the actual amount it costs to ship to you. Shipping charges are determined by weight, size & dimensions of the container, distance to ship.
Delivery Schedule We take pride in our service. Orders placed are generally shipped the same day, however the carriers pick up about 3PM each day so orders recieved after 3PM may be shipped the next day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made within Arizona, there is a sales tax of 8.35% added to invoices. All out of state orders are tax free and you should click the exempt button to reduce tax to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are disatisfied with any item you recieve, please contact us by phone within 7 business days. We will give you an RA# with which you may return an item for a refund.
